RENOVA was selected by a developer as the key implementation contractor for environmental field support services and the removal of underground storage tanks (USTs) across multiple properties for a future retail petroleum site. RENOVA removed two (2) gasoline USTs with a capacity of 15,000 and 20,000 gallons. In addition, one (1) septic tank and one (1) underground bomb shelter were removed. Two (2) additional anomalies, previously identified, were also investigated by RENOVA to determine the presence and/or absence of USTs. Following the removal of the USTs and bomb shelter, the sites were backfilled with structural fill in lifts, compacted, and restored in preparation for the construction of the new facility. All work was completed pursuant to a negotiated, firm‐fixed‐price contract. RENOVA completed the work with zero reportable incidents or safety concerns.
