RENOVA was selected by the USCG to replace corroded steel interior gas lines with Corrugated Stainless‐Steel Tubing (CSST) in the housing facilities at TRACEN Cape May. RENOVA coordinated with tenants to minimize any disruption in their homes and to USCG operations. Working in conjunction with a specialty mechanical subcontractor, RENOVA managed multiple Confined Space Entry (CSE) teams to complete the line replacement in the crawlspaces of 48 townhouses. RENOVA provided a team of trained CSE attendants and supervisors to monitor the spaces and ensure safe conditions for all CSE entrants. Additionally, RENOVA coordinated with the onsite USCG Fire Department for daily inspections and testing of all confined spaces. The project was completed ahead of schedule and with zero reportable safety incidents.
