  1. Prepare

    We file the municipal permit application, arrange inspections and schedule the work for you.

  2. Install the gas line

    Your local gas company runs a new gas line to your house in preparation for your new gas furnace or boiler.

  3. Swap out the furnace or boiler

    Your old oil system is removed and your new gas system is installed by one of Renova’s trusted partners.

  4. Remove the oil tank

    We remove your old heating oil tank.

  5. Wrap up the loose ends

    We complete all the final paperwork and send copies to both you and the municipality.
